Here's how it's got to be

Gone are the days of the simple websites; of superfluous content and annoying little distractions. No more tired links to someplace/someone else's genuine content (I know, I'm guilty too.) The internet isn't the same as it was even a year ago and we have to keep pace.

Apple and Microsoft have locked horns and are vigorously campaigning for your patronage. iLife vs. Windows Live.

Call me a mindless corporate sellout but Apple can kiss it. They charge a premium for their services, whereas Microsoft is virtually free. On top of that the new Windows Live suite does even more than iLife can. Granted, I pick iTunes over Windows Media Player, but that's all I need.

This is going to happen. You will assimilate, now or later, resistance is futile. Might as well get it over with now. Yes, I know I'm pimping for Microsoft, trying to convince you to use these services. Do or don't, your choice.

Got a question? I'm online

I'm going to try to be available all day for the next several days until everyone is lined out. It may say that I'm away, but just ignore that. Or you could just lambast me with obscenities.
